I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Bioengineering with a minor in Neuroscience at the University of Pittsburgh seeking specializations in the field of neuronal interfaces. I have worked at NJIT’s Erna D. Leir Research Institute formulating and programming sentiment based recommendation systems for cancer forums. I have also worked internationally at a Cloud Computing Firm called IndiQus, based in New Delhi, to gain a better understanding of dataflow and data management. As a recipient of the SURI fellowship offered by the Swanson School of Engineering, I am exploring the plastic nature of inhibitory-excitatory balance in neural architecture. I strive to understand the human brain and its intricacies in an applicable, utilizable manner.
